A little about me:
My name is Leah, and I have loved swimming for as long as I can remember! My first introduction to swimming was a ‘mommy and me’ swim class when I was 9 months old. I continued to take regular group swimming lessons until elementary school when I started private one on one lessons. I was a member of my high school swim team and started lifeguarding at 15. I just finished my time in the Disney College Program lifeguarding at Typhoon Lagoon. I have always felt confident and at home in the water and I love being able to foster that confidence in others!
I love working with beginners – helping my students gain skills and confidence is incredibly rewarding! I help my students to set goals and achieve them. I tailor my lesson plans to each student, always with an emphasis on water safety. Keeping my students engaged and motivated is my priority! Fun games and encouragement are just a few of the tricks up my sleeve! I love to get to know my students well so they feel comfortable trying new skills with me. Let’s learn to love swimming together!

*Tuition fees are based on one private half hour lesson per week until the end of a specific session. Pricing may vary depending on your enrollment date and type of class.
