Making Waves Swim School reserves the right to refuse service or cancel enrollment when payment obligations are not satisfied.
5. Refund Policy
Lesson fees are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of Making Waves Swim School, including circumstances involving documented medical issues or other extraordinary situations.
Supporting documentation may be required before any exception is considered.
6. Lesson Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Lesson schedules, cancellations, makeup lessons, weather-related closures, and rescheduling procedures are governed by current company policies communicated to enrolled families.
Making Waves Swim School reserves the right to modify schedules, substitute instructors, cancel lessons, or make operational changes when necessary.
