Club Policies
 
  • All members, hotel guests, and any guests shall abide by all club policies, posted and not posted.
  • Upon entering everyone must check in at the desk and sign waiver.
  • A membership card/ photo id is required for entry with the exception of registered hotel guests.
  • There is a two (2) guest maximum per member/ hotel guest at one time.
  • Consult your physician before using club facilities.
  • Guests must be accompanied by a member/ hotel guest. Guest fees apply.
  • All persons using the facility do so at their own risk and sole responsibility.
  • The Health Club and the Hotel accept no liability for injury, death, or any loss associated with use of the health club/ pool facilities.
  • Using and carrying a work out towel is mandatory. Wipe machines after use.
  • Towels must be returned to the desk. Unreturned towel fee: $2 charge per towel.
  • 30 minute maximum on all machines.
  • All persons using the fitness equipment must wear shirts and appropriate gym shoes at all times.
  • No swimwear or wet attire in the gym area.
  • Clean work out attire and proper hygiene are required.
  • Weights may not be dropped or used upstairs and must be returned to the rack.
  • Ask for assistance if you are not sure how to use the equipment.
  • Bags may not be brought into workout areas.
  • Children are not included in any membership however, a member may bring up to two (2) children and guest fees shall apply.
  • Children under 18 are not permitted in the weight room, the cardiovascular room, the steam room, and the whirlpool.
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Children under 13 may use the pool if supervised by an adult.
  • Children four (4) years and older are not permitted in locker rooms of the opposite gender.
  • Infants must wear rubber pants or swim diapers in the pool.
  • Appropriate swimwear is required in the pool, no cut-off jeans, shorts, pants, dresses. Bathers must shower before entering the pool or whirlpool.
  • Generally the whirlpool is emptied on Wednesdays. A shower is mandatory for anyone exercising then using either pool.
  • No food, glass containers, or open drinks permitted in the gym area. Only clear liquids are permitted in the gym area. No glass containers in the pool area. One alcoholic beverage maximum per hotel guest in the pool area per visit.
  • Smoking and gum chewing is prohibited in all areas.
  • Shaving & paper towels are not permitted in the steam rooms. Hair dye/coloring is not permitted on the premises.
  • Padlocks may not be left on the lockers over night. Locks will be cut nightly.
  • The Health Club and Hotel are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  • Outside personal trainers conducting business on the premises is prohibited.
  • The Health Club and locker rooms close promptly at 10pm on weekdays and 8pm on weekends. Please plan your workouts and showers accordingly.
  • Derogatory remarks or inappropriate behavior involving any staff member or patron will not be tolerated.
  • Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable, and “non-freezable.”
  • Membership fees apply unless membership is renewed before dues expire. No exceptions.
  • Memberships may be terminated at will by management for non-discriminatory reasons.
  • Abusive language, undue disturbances or breach of peace will not be tolerated.
  • Hours of operation and available equipment subject to change.
  • Management reserves the right to alter policies, equipment and rates without notice and cannot be held responsible for facility maintenance or renovation work.
